Height and cushioning
The socks Women's Micro Crew measure approximately 7,5 inches from heel to top of bottomThey extend about 5 inches above a low hiking shoe and come slightly above a standard hiking boot.
The cushioning includes terry cloth loops under the foot as well as targeted protection around the ankle and Achilles tendon.
