FOR EACH ONLINE PURCHASE, RETURN SHIPPING IS FREE!*

You can return merchandise purchased in-store or online within 30 days and get a full refund for your purchase. Returned merchandise must be in new condition.

* Free returns are only available to customers residing in Canada. For customers residing outside of Canada, transportation is at their expense.

Return procedure

Return shipped:

A pre-paid return label will be provided to you, to affix to the box upon return.

When we have received the goods and checked their condition, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be done by the same method you used during the purchase (credit card or paypal account).

2- You can also return the goods in store.

When returning, you must return the pair in its box.
