Guarantee
When you purchase an item at Fradette sport, whether in store or online, we guarantee your purchase against manufacturing defects only, which excludes worn or damaged merchandise.
It is the supplier who will honor the guarantee and who will decide if a product must be replaced. However, Fradette Sport retains the right to assess the condition of the goods and may, in the event of evidence of a defect, replace the product directly. When the defect of the product is not obvious, the decision will be taken by the supplier.
The warranty will be in effect from the date of purchase.
For the warranty to be applied, the customer must keep his invoice in order to provide it when doing the claim.
When you want to ask a warranty return, you have 2 options:
- Present yourself in store: The return to the supplier will then be done free of charge.
- By mail : Shipping costs to Fradette sport must be paid by the customer.
Warranty by product type
- Tennis rackets : 1 year on manufacturing defects
- Badminton rackets : 180 days on manufacturing defects
- Squash rackets: 90 days on manufacturing defects
- Shoes: manufacturing defects only
- Clothing: manufacturing defects only
- String: 1 month on manufacturing defects, once only per purchase.
- Balls, shuttlecocks and accessories: manufacturing defects only.
