Shipping and delivery

For any order placed online, Fradette Sport will take care of delivering the order to the location of your choice.

Your package will leave Fradette Sport within one working day and the delivery will be processed according to the following deadlines according to your address:

24-48 hours for the Quebec and Lévis region

Deadlines prescribed by Canada Post, elsewhere in Canada. 

An order confirmation will be sent to you by email, to allow you to follow up in the event of a problem.

For local shipments (Quebec and Lévis), please contact us if you want to return one or more items and we will organize transport at our expense

For shipments elsewhere in Canada, a pre-paid return label will be provided to you, in order to affix it to the box upon return.

Delivery costs (applicable to delivery in Quebec only):
For orders under $99,99 (before taxes): $10 applied directly to the invoice when paying for your order.

Free on all orders of $99,99 or more (before taxes)
